BLACK PARK - TO BE COLLECTED (TBC) POLICY
Effective Date: July 31, 2024
Key Points for Customers:
1. Same-Day Pick-up:
o All purchased products must be picked up on the same day.
o Receipts will only be issued when you are ready to pick up your items.
2. Forms of Payments and Pick-Ups
2.1. Cheque Payments:
o Receipts will be issued when the cheque clears, and pickup must be within 3-7 days to avoid price changes.
o If a cheque is dishonoured, price changes will apply when the payment is reattempted.
2.2. Cash Payments
o Cash payments must be picked up on the same day. We will be unable to take any form of cash payments or deposits if items are not being pick up on the same day.
2.3. Transfer- MOMO Transfer/MOMO Payment or Bank Transfer
o Products purchased in-shop or over the phone and paid for via transfer, which reflects on the same day, must be picked up on the same day. Receipts will only be printed at the time of pick up. Where the bank transfer is not instant and does not reflect within 3 days it will be treated same as payment with cheque. Please refer to 2.1 on payment with cheque.
3. No TBC Transfers:
o Items must be picked up from the same branch where the purchase was made.
o If an item is not in stock, please purchase from another Black Park branch that has the item, alternatively you may wait for your favorite branch to restock.
4. Cutting and Edging Orders:
o These orders can be done at any branch, but pick-up is only available at Tesano or Kumasi.
o Separate receipts will be issued for cutting and edging services.
5. Exception:
o Granite countertops can be purchased at one branch and picked up at another due to their fragility.
6. Product Exchange
6.1 Exchange Duration:
o Product exchanges must be completed within 10 days from the date of purchase and picked up. There are no exchanges on boards.
6.2 Exchange Location:
o Products can only be exchanged at the branch where the payment and pickup were originally made. Items brought in for exchange or returns within the ten days must be in good condition and have a valid receipt.
6.3 Product Condition:
o The product to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Policy Review:
· This policy will be reviewed annually. If not reviewed, it remains in effect as written.
